Everyone has put much love, time, energy and enthusiasm into all aspects of his exploits. If you find his activities don't meet your expectations or are unhappy for any other reason, My Bear Mail© will give you a full refund of the package cost (does not include mailing charges) when you notify us prior to the FOURTH mailing. Thereafter, we will prorate your refund based upon the number of months still to be mailed. Thus if you have 6 mailings left to complete the adventure we will refund 50% of the cost. You may keep the Teddy bear(s) and any other parts of the adventure that have already been received.
