What age range is this appropriate for?
Mature 5 to 12 is about right, but young at heart teddy bear lovers of any age will enjoy it.
When will the adventure be mailed?
The first mailing will be sent via Priority Mail on the first business day after the order is placed. The second mailing for orders placed between the 1st and 15th of the month will be sent on the 1st of the following month. Orders placed between the 16th and 31st of the month will go out on the 15th of the following month. The next 10 mailings will be sent on the 1st and 15th of each month until all 12 have been mailed.
Can I buy this for more than one child at the same address?
Yes you can, but we can only accommodate 2 names per gift at a single address. Most components are duplicated so that both children have their own set of included items. The letter from Bartholomew is the only item not duplicated, though names of both recipients are included in the letters.
Can I buy this for myself?
Absolutely! Grown ups love us too.
Can I send the first mailing via overnight mail?
Yes - just choose the overnight option when you check out. All packages are shipped via U.S. Mail and additional shipping charges will apply.
Can I place an early order for the Christmas, Chanukah or Kwanzaa holidays?
Of course. For Christmas and Kwanzaa we will send those gifts via Priority Mail on December 11. You may order at any time before that by simply marking your order in the appropriate check box at check out.
Is Bartholomew or any of the other bears for sale?
No - though Twixie Belle and/or Bobby Bee Bear are included with the purchase of the adventure.
Which teddy bear will be sent to the recipient?
As you can imagine, Twixie wants to live with a girl friend and Bobby with the guys.
How big are Twixie Belle and Bobby Bee Bear?
They are each about 10 marshmallows tall - that’s 10” for those who don’t speak marshmallow.

What if I lose pieces of the Treasure from the monthly mailing?
This is a tough one. Bart includes a Treasure Pouch in the first mailing to keep those pieces safe and in an easily findable spot. Treasure pieces are rare and very hard to find. Not to mention the fact that Bart has to backtrack to replace them. Because of all of the difficulty he will have to charge $5.00 for replacements.
Does Bartholomew really travel to the different countries?
Well, it is a Teddy Bear Fantasy Adventure.
Is there another adventure?
We are working on another adventure right now.
Is there any sales tax?
Currently sales tax only applies within the state of Arizona.
